Cancellation & Refund Policy

Isometry AI Private Limited (Getsketch.ai) ("we", "us", "our") operates Sketch (the "Service"). This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work.

Free Trial

Sketch offers a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account moves to an inactive state automatically — you will not be charged.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Sketch subscription at any time — no cancellation fees, no questions asked.

How to cancel: email us at support@getsketch.ai from the email address tied to your account, and we'll cancel it for you. We'll confirm within 2 business days.

Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After it ends, your account moves to an inactive state.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your first charge. To be eligible, submit your request within 7 days of the charge.

We will also issue a refund if:

• You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, billing system fault)

To request a refund, email support@getsketch.ai with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Outside the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.

Data After Cancellation

Your workspace data is retained for 90 days after your account becomes inactive or is cancelled. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted. To request early deletion, email support@getsketch.ai.

Self-Hosted (Open Source)

The self-hosted version of Sketch is MIT licensed and free to use. No subscription, no cancellation needed. See github.com/canvasxai/sketch.
